This page has useful resources that may be of use to families of children with SLD and ADHD. This page will be frequently updated based on new information we receive. At the moment the page has 3 resource lists:

List of SLD resource and support organizations
An important element of the ecosystem to help children with SLD , parents with SLD children and educators who wish to work with SLD children are SLD resource and support organizations that provide information, training, consulting and expertise to those who are look- ing for assistance in the SLD space. A parent who suspects her child has SLD may need advice on how to proceed, yet another parent may wish to learn which are the government recognized test centers which can assess their child for SLD, an educator wanting to become a remedial teacher may want a training program that will equip him with those skills etc. SLD resource and support organizations provide such services though each have their own identity and focal areas.
As with Inclusive Schools, we provide a list of SLD resource and support organizations. We have curated this list from multiple sources and have had it reviewed and it provided in good faith. These lists will be periodically updated.
List of Inclusive Schools that support children with SLD
By law, all mainstream schools are supposed to provide support for children with SLD where up to a maximum of 10% of the school body can be children with learning and other disabilities. There are however also Inclusive Schools which are school environments which are based on the principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and thus foster environments that can cater to every child and every child’s learning needs and styles including children with special needs, minority children, children with varied gender identities, socio-cultural and socio-economic identities and geographical identities.
We provide below a very short list of schools in different Indian cities which support children with SLD. While there are many inclusive school lists in India on the web, we wanted to only have schools on the list with which someone (and ideally more than 1 person) had direct experience or which that person came to know about from credible sources. So we will begin only with a short list but we hope that this list will grow to encompass most cities and towns in India over time. This is a Live List in that the schools in this will constantly get updated either about new schools or new information about ex- isting schools in the list.
List of official test centers for SLD

As with Inclusive Schools, we provide a list of SLD resource and support organizations.
These centers can test a child for SLD and also issue a medical certificate that can be submitted for exceptions in schools and in Xth standard for state board, CBSE and ICSE in Other states may have similar provisions. Parents and other interested persons should find out the provisions for their state and the centers that can test and issue requisite certificates.
